  • You will explore and define what healthy and balanced mean when it comes to you and your family’s specific nutrition needs and your nutritional desires.

  • First, you must learn to take inventory of what you have. I’ll show you the best way do this quickly (less than 5 minutes) and even give you a detailed pantry list to make sure you’re never out of stock!

Great question. Although this is not a weight loss course, following the guidelines I give you for nutrition in this course will set you up for some great success if you are looking for it. Many people have seen great success following the methods.

+ Can't I Just find this stuff online myself?

Meal planning advice is everywhere. BUT, that takes lots of extra time and money to figure out how to put it all together. This course is your step by step system for meal planning sucessfully from the start. I know you'll save more time AND money by doing it this way.

+ Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

My course only works if you do. I'm confident that if you follow the steps, use the resource guides, and make the time for it, it will work.

However, if you feel you would still like a refund, you have 14 days from the day of the module release date (January 26th) to get a full refund. You must show proof of work before any refund will be given. No exceptions.
