Within 2 weeks, I will have a program created and ready to go. We will hop on another call for 15 minutes to go through your plan, the exercises, and answer any questions you have moving forward for the next 6 weeks.

+ What happens after I buy?

Once you hit the purchase button, you will receive a receipt with the details of your purchase. You will then be able to immediately schedule an appointment with me. Or, if you want to wait to schedule an appointment, you will receive an email with the link to the schedule sign up.

+ What will we talk about during our first appointment?

Everything. We have 30 minutes for me to get to know everything I need to help write you the exact fitness plan that fits your lifestyle. I will ask questions about where you are currently, what you have done in the past, what you enjoy, what your schedule is like and your availability for exercise, what kinds of equipment you have, and even provide help and recommendations to staying motivated to start and stick to your program.

+ Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

No. You absolutely do not need a gym membership. You do not even need any equipment. You do however need a place to workout, which could be a space in your room or living room or outside or wherever. Although it's not required, I can recommend a few small, cheap pieces of exercise equipment that will help you tremendously with your progress (such as a pair of dumbells).

+ What if I have injuries or a chronic condition?

The only thing I need is the go-ahead from your doctor to begin an exercise program. I have worked in several rehab and chronic condition settings and can write you a program according to your unique needs.

+ What kinds of exercise are you talking about?

I usually like to provide a combo of strength training and cardiovascular training. Depending on your current status and needs, you will receive a plan with guidelines for cardio, specific strength training exercises for your whole body, and exercises to strengthen your core or help manage injuries or chronic conditions.

+ What if I'm a beginner or new to exercise?

That's perfect! This is a great place to start! So many people try to start something and then end up getting injured, being frustrated with lack of results, or just call it quits before there's even time to see progress. Our first discovery call will be all about me getting to know you. Getting to know where you are right now and how I can meet you there with an exercise program that will progress you along your own path.

+ Do you have a refund policy?

Due to the unique nature of the exercise programs I create, I do not offer refunds. Unless, and only if, I feel I am unable to write a program that will help you with your specific needs. That decision will be made during the discovery call. If I feel I cannot help you, I will refund 100% of your money.
