exercise physiologist and wellness coach dedicated to helping you love the woman you are, improve your relationship with food, and build confidence to help you reach your dreams.

I’ve created a community of beautiful, strong, and confident women who are proud of themselves and what they can create as they live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I’m here to help women transform their lives into the vision they create, and I hope to be able to help YOU do the same thing!

Where it all began…

I’ve always loved to help people (in fact, as a child, my mother would call over her “nurse Nancy” anytime someone was hurt). So, naturally I went straight for nursing school. Juuuuust as I was about to enter nursing school, something hit me. My purpose in life was not to be a nurse. I immediately knew I wanted to do a little more with preventative health.

Insert the first-job-anyone-gets-in-the-preventative-health-world: personal trainer. I started as a trainer and loved it, but knew I wanted more. My path continued through graduate school (hello student loans) where I learned to really truly understand people.

As a trainer, you get to boss people around. You tell them what to do and if they do it, they see great results. Easy peasy, right? WRONG.

Health is more than just a physical endeavor. It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s spiritual. We all have things that hold us back from our goals. Maybe it’s fear, or past experiences, or exhaustion, or lack of direction, or low self-confidence, or anything else.

You see, you are beautifully and wonderfully made and it might be something more than just eating your fruits and veggies or getting your exercise session in. It’s about building confidence in your ability to achieve what you want. It’s creating the balance you need in your life to feel at your best. Ultimately, it’s about building a better relationship with the woman inside your skin. That’s where the miracles happen. That’s where dreams blossom.
